No. Sign up with just your email. We'll ask for a card 14 days in if you want to keep going.

Yes. Export a CSV of customers and pets from any system and we'll import it in one step. Most facilities are up and running the same day.

We use Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account during onboarding and customer payments go straight to you — not us. Platform fees are 3.5% (Basic), 2.5% (Pro), or 1.5% (Enterprise) per transaction.

Yes — Basic supports 2 locations, Pro supports 5, and Enterprise is unlimited. Staff can be scoped to one location or given multi-site access, with reporting rolled up per facility or company-wide.

Cancel anytime from your billing portal. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, and you can export everything as CSV.
